Iain LittlejohnNon-Executive DirectorClick for role and contact infoIain Littlejohn chairs the People Committee, bringing over 30 years of experience in strategic HR and organisation transformation to the role. Over the last ten years, Iain has undertaken non executive director roles for a range of social purpose organisations. He currently sits on the Boards of three other organisations in the areas of Education, Skills and Social Housing. For his ‘day job’, Iain works as an independent management consultant, focusing on operating model development, organisational restructuring and business transformation, predominantly working with large, multinational organisations. This allows Iain to bring a wide range of perspectives from other sectors to inform EMEC’s thinking. Away from work, Iain is married with three grown up children. Whilst he has Scottish roots, he now lives in Oxfordshire where he is active in his local community and enjoys dabbling in local improvement projects. He also likes to read, travel, walk and is currently persevering with learning how to hit a golf ball in a vaguely straight line. |
